This is how you do it.
You get 1 cup of sugar
        1/2 cup of water
       & a squeeze of Lemon

You make it as if you were making sugar syrup, just boil it a bit more
after you boil the water with the sugar for a bit, you add the lemon,
not in the beginning. then you dump it on a cool surface, like a table
and let it cool for a bit, not too much though, it has to be flexible in
your hands and a bit warm.. and then you use it. you can take little pieces
and leave the rest in the freezer.  Whenever you want to use them you just
put it for few minutes in the microwave.. and Voila
