During darkness Terminal Range Lights and Mooring Buoy Marker Lights may be visible. These light are located inside the restricted area.

C. Landmarks

A conspicuous water tank (painted in black and white vertical bands) on a tower is located in Lat. 33°-29'-27" N, Long. 35°-21'-10" E, the top of which has an elevation of 460 feet above sea level. Its location is seaward of the center oil storage tanks.

As previously noted under Navigational Aids, there is a radio beacon tower located 1,200 feet back from the beach, southeast of the moorings.

There are a number of smaller radio masts to the northwest and southwest of the beacon tower. South of the Terminal, at the Medreco Refinery, there is a conspicuous black stack located in Lat. 33°-29'-31" N, Long. 35°-20'-08" E. A little farther northwest from this stack there is a tall pipe painted aluminum with a flare on top at Lat. 33°-29'-35" N, Long. 35°-20'--3" E.
