Beirut Central District
SERAIL HILL. Built in the 1890s as the seat of the Ottoman
government and military hospital, the two buildings and the clock
tower have already undergone or are undergoing restoration. The
Ottoman hospital now houses the Council for Development and
Retonstruction (CDR).
