- The advantages of digital archiving and publication are many.
Worthy of special attention are ease of retrieval and reuse,
ease of publication and subsequent access and immediacy of
intellectual property rights.

- Different methods for publication allow more users working on different platforms with different resources to view the information.
We use two major methods :
- Publishing the information in HTML and putting it on a web server to be accessed by browsers over the net
- Storing the information on CDROMs in different types of formats
( html files, images in several formats such as jpeg, pict for Macintosh ...)
