"For the first time in several years, Beirut witnesses a security incident targeted at the American University which took the form of an explosive charge thrown over the outside wall of the university. It caused minor physical damage, major political damage, and left worrying signs. This event coincides with the continuation of the Israeli agression against Lebanon."
