Another recent acquisition is a collection of a thousand documents relating to the history of Lebanon from the middle of the seventeenth century until 1870, and dealing with the political, financial. social, judicial aspects of this country. It was compiled by Sulayman Abu Izziddine and edited by Najla Abu Izziddine in three volumes (MS:956.92034:M394mA).
