B. Navigational Aids

The Terminal Sea Buoy is approximately one mile westward of the mooring berths in 98 feet of water. The position is Lat. 33°-32'-02" N. and Long. 35°-19'-16" E. This buoy is painted white and exhibits a flashing white light every four seconds, (flash 0.3 seconds, eclipse 3.7 seconds). The lantern is 11 feet above water and visible 8 miles. A Mooring Master will board vessels withing two miles to the westward of this buoy. Vessels should not enter inside restricted area
