SCHEDULE OF GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED TO LETTER AGREEMENT DATED 24 MARCH 1963 BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND TAPLINE
    1. The present alignment of the road is good and meets accepted standards with very few exceptions. Where necessary the alignment will be improved in certain locations by increasing the eight distance on horizontal and vertical curves. Proposed design criteria are as follows:
Maximum axle loads: 18,000 pounds(8,200 kgs)
single axle (dual tires)
33,000 pounds (15,000 kgs)
tandem axle (dual tires)
Above limits to be exceeded only when vehicles equipped with low pressure tires with tire pressures limited to: 40 pounds per sq. inch max. (2.8 kilograms per square centimeter max.).
Design speed: Plat terrain: 60 mph (100 kph)
(Note 1) Rolling terrain: 50 mph (80 kph)
Hills: 40 mph (65 kph)
Maximum super elevation: 0.08 feet per foot
    (08 meters per meter)
Sight distance for flat terrain:
Stopping: 475 feet (145 meters) (Note 1)
Passing: 2000 feet (610 meters) (Note 1)
(Note 1: Except in specified locations where warning and regulatory signs will be placed.)
Maximum grade 5% (Note 2)
(Note 2: Gradients 3% steeper in rugged terrain where grades are less than 500 feet (153 meters) in length.
